Love Never Fails | 21Jul2024
Pastor West: [00:00:00] Praise the Lord. Father, we just bless you this morning. You're so good. You're so wonderful. We. We bless you. We praise the beauty of your holiness. Lord, move and have your way this morning. Speak and decree and declare. We are here to honor the king. The king? King Jesus. Isn't Jesus wonderful all the time? Amen. Give your neighbor a big smile. God bless you. Amen. Amen. You may be seated. Good morning. Well, I want to read a prophecy that I read Wednesday night. I meant to bring the paper, but I did screenshot it so I can do it this way. We discussed some things Wednesday night and we'll discuss it at the end of the service. I'm going to reserve a little time to talk to all of you. Concerning our next step here in this facility. And it's kind of interesting. The Lord told me, he said go back and grab that prophecy from last year. I mean, from from the end of the year. And I thought prophecy from the end of the year. Well, I didn't even I kind of forgot. Shame on me. But I don't you know, I don't take these things and just discard them. I take them very seriously. So I went to my folder and I went and there it was. And I don't want to accept a call from Walgreens. Thank you very much. Walgreens customer service. Aren't y'all nice? Anyway, I can share that with all everyone who's listening across the world. Anyway, so she said, grab the prophecy from the end of the year concerning the situation you're in now, and it will speak to it.
Pastor West: [00:02:00] And then he dealt with us. We pray in February the 4th in the back room before service. And he spoke to me about this year and about prayer. Church prayer. Not not a few minutes before service. That's that's wonderful. That helps a lot. The hardest thing to get people to come to. They always say is, is prayer. I don't know why. Because a church that doesn't have a prayer is not really a church. If you're not praying as a church, you really don't even really know what God's doing in the earth. I know that's just kind of a big statement to say it that way, but the church will never would not have any power beyond its prayer life. Zero. And so we did that. And he said, and then he said, the building is not ready. So he gave us two things to do, and those two things that we have done and are doing. So I found the prophecy and here, here it goes. It says the work is finished. This is December the 31st. It's a Sunday. When I found it, I do remember it was the, you know, the last day of the year. And there was a prophecy that came forth and this is what the Holy Ghost said through me, the work is finished and the work is complete. Now we rest in his promises, and we trust Holy Spirit to confirm His word through demonstrations as he works through us to set God's people free, free from all their captivity.
Pastor West: [00:03:24] We boldly proclaim His Word as ambassadors who are sent forth to herald his glorious gospel. It is the gospel of good news. It's the gospel that cannot be bound. A gospel that knows no limits or boundaries. A gospel that sits and seals men's hearts forever. Bringing freedom to those who received him. Bringing freedom to who whosoever will. So rejoice in the Lord. And again I say, rejoice! Our God is at hand, and he will shall restore all that has been stolen, all that's been destroyed through Satan's deception. Your God is mighty in battle. He's mighty in strength, mighty as a warrior in him. Victory is our song. Yes, he is delivering his people with a strong and mighty hand. He speaks and his words go forth prospering in all that he declares. Next page. If I. Next page, it says the winds of the spirit are blowing upon this lamb. The winds of the spirit blow. Throughout this state, his spirit will revive and restore His fire is consuming all that contains the seed of Unfruitfulness. He burns with holy fire all the chaff and the dross. He restores every dream the enemy has stolen. He declares the hand of the enemy shall no more further advance against you. He declares the end from the beginning. His purpose shall surely stand. The vision he promised its appointed time is here. Step in, step through. Walk in this glory he has supplied for all of you.
Pastor West: [00:05:03] Walk in the glory and be saturated in his anointing as the glory rest upon each of you. For many he has called, yet many never answered a word. Busy and occupied with their life, never surrendering to his will and beckoning call. The wisdom of God speaks forth. It cries aloud in this place. With his eyes he roams among us, searching diligently each heart for what he shall find. Next page. So what will he find in us? What story does my heart record? Longing for the will and desire for the master. Or perhaps nothing at all. Will you go where his spirit leads? Trusting the steps that's been ordained for your life. For those who are present. And for those who will later hear these words. I will perform my oath that's been spoken, for I cannot deny myself. So I searched each hearts diligently this day where deep calls into deep. Don't be concerned is how it will happen. The vision I will now write in your heart. Provision that will be needed. Is is laid out in the order of my plan. Never concern yourself with these details, for I have commanded the resources to come forth just as they're needed. You'll know my faithfulness with each step of the glorious plan. So rejoice! Yes, rejoice this day, for your generation was chosen from the culmination from the end of days. No longer to wait. For the harvest is great before you and together we will harvest each one. All heaven is watching with excitement. Sounds of victory declared throughout as you find the race.
Pastor West: [00:07:04] Before you keep your eyes on Jesus. Each moment, the author and the finisher of your faith, he never leaves nor forsakes you. Always faithful, the King abides closer than your next breath, always walking by your side. Now, now meditate and ponder all these words I have spoken. For each word reveals my plan. Talk of these things among you as it builds each and every day. And soon we'll all be together forever in heaven. God and his family. Oh, what a glorious day. We must add a pretty good service that day, I don't know. It seems like God knows just about everything, doesn't it? Amen. He does, does he? Would you go with me this morning to first Corinthians? What chapter are you thinking? See if you're all following. You're. You're right. There's somewhere right there around verse 13. We've been preaching about the love of God. How many know? The Scripture says love never fails? We won't go there. This is, I think, our third or fourth time, the minister on the love of God. And I could go now till Jesus comes. And if he doesn't come in my lifetime, I could still be on the same subject, I do believe. But John, chapter 13 and you stay right there where you are, if you will. But John 1334, Before Jesus was crucified, he was with his disciples. And this is what he said. A new commandment I give unto you, that you love one another, as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
Pastor West: [00:08:46] By this or by this love will all men know that you are my disciples. If you have love one for another. So this wasn't this was the great commandment. It wasn't a great suggestion. But isn't it interesting that he says the most distinguishing mark of a believer of a Christian? How the world knows they are truly a believer in him, in Christ is that is there is their love one for another, their love one for another? Well, now, if you come over to first Corinthians 13, I'm in the King James this morning and it uses the word charity. And I know all of you know this, but the word charity is, of course, love. So I'm going to substitute with no harm. I'm going to use the word love, because that's pretty much how we would say it today. Right. And verse, chapter 13, verse one, Paul says, though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and I have not love, I have become a sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal. And and although I have the gift of prophecy. If I understood all mysteries, I had all knowledge. And though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, if I do not have love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor. And though I give my body to be burned. But I have not love, it profits me nothing. Love. This is the God kind of love, right? We're not talking about Phileo.
Pastor West: [00:10:16] Love the world. Love the God kind of love. Love suffers long. Love the God kind of love is kind. Love envies not vaunteth, not itself. The love of God is not puffed up in us. The love of God in us does not behave itself unseemly. The love of God in you does not seek her own, is not easily provoked. It thinks no evil. The love of God in you rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth. The love of God in us bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never faileth. Whether there be prophecies, they will fail. Whether there be tongues, they shall cease. Whether there should be knowledge, it shall vanish away. The last verse, verse 13 of that chapter, Paul said, and now abideth faith, hope, and charity, these three but the greatest of these three is love. He went on to talk about this in the 14th chapter. We won't go in there, but he just talks about he's talking to the Corinthian church about the gifts, Everything that God does in our life is motivated by love. God does nothing without purpose. Every little detail has purpose. I think sometimes just busyness of life. We don't think about it that way, but everything in our life has to do with God's purpose. And we was reading scriptures on Wednesday night. I've read them several times, but it talks about the plans of the Lord. No man can change that. He knows the beginning. He knows the end.
Pastor West: [00:12:22] And he says his purpose shall stand from one generation to the next generation. Some times during this week, during prayer when I was thinking about, you know, what's going on here with concerning real estate, he said, how do you know I didn't initiate that? And I said, I hadn't thought about it that way. He said, well, there's lots you don't think about. You you go ahead and laugh at me. But where does that put you? Because I'm the one praying for you. Well, he said, how do you know I didn't initiate that? And I said, well, you certainly didn't check with me. And it doesn't look like the best time. But I know what that means. It means it means absolutely nothing. Well, we're in him, and he's in us. We're we're in a good place. Yes. Whether we met outside in the park or at waffle House. You probably could talk me into Jim and Nick's. They got side room over there. I mean, I could as long as I was with y'all and I had the word of God, I'd be happy no matter where I was at. But God has a master plan. That's a master plan. It's a good plan. We know from the scriptures that Jeremiah 29. He says, I know the I know the plans. You know, he could have said this. He said, I'm making up a plan. Well, it'd be a good one if he made it up, but is anyone other than me happy that he's not making this up as he goes?
Pastor West: [00:13:47] Shoo, that would mean something would have to happen to you. Then he'd have to respond to it. Well, wonder if you're dr.t, which means dead right there. Then he has to make a plan. Let him. Come on. Just raise him back up now. Nothing happens that God doesn't know it first. Amen. Amen. He said, I know how many birds in the sky. And I know when one sparrow falls. When one sparrow falls, he knows it. He knows every one of our names. He doesn't need your Social Security number, but he knows it. If he knows the number of hairs on your head and he has to keep up with that constantly, he probably knows what tomorrow holds. There's an old song you know about tomorrow. Anyone remember the title that we used to sing it in church? I know who holds tomorrow. Because he has tomorrow in his hand. But we are in the hand of the father. You know, first, John, chapter three don't have to turn there, but I just want to quote it this morning. It's one of my favorite scriptures and it says it this way. Verse John three one behold what manner of love the father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God. What love the father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God. In Mark 14 verse 27, Jesus said to them, he says, you will fall away. This is before he was crucified, before he was arrested.
Pastor West: [00:15:33] Can you imagine Jesus being arrested? Someone was saying the other day, you know, if you knew, you might not want to be my friend if you knew what's happened to me. And he says, I've been in prison before. He said, I've been arrested. I said, well, what's that got to do anything? Well, I just want you to know that, you know, I got a charge on me. He said I spent the night in jail a few nights. I said they arrested Jesus. Yes. Did they beat you? Well, no, they didn't beat. They beat him. What did he do? Nothing. What'd you do? Well, I was guilty. Well he wasn't. He still went to prison. They got his mug shot. You see? Is it funny how we think, how we perceive things, how we sigh and not talk to you individually, but how we can just size people up. You can look at the package on the inside, and you think that you know what the inside really is, but only God knows that. Only God knows that we know what David was guilty of. How many? Like some of the Psalms that David wrote? Why is it that you like to read of a murderer and adulterer? Because God is not. Someone said, well, I've been married four times. Well, I'm sorry that happened to you and all the things that you went through. But in the eyes of God, if you're a true believer, he doesn't know about the first three.
Pastor West: [00:17:03] You want to argue with me about that? We'll have lunch and go over it. He said I removed your sin as far as the east is from the west. And I hold. See? He doesn't. He doesn't have a short memory. He has long memory. People have short memories, you know, like, what have you done for me lately? Well, God cares to all of our past and the sea of unforgiveness. He put it there. Then he posted a sign. I believe it says no fishing, no trespassing, no fishing. But here he's telling the disciples he's actually giving them a prophetic word, which is not a good one, but will happen. He said, he said to them, verse 27, you will fall away. Why would he say that? Because he's quoting. He's quoting the prophets. He says, for it is written, I will strike the shepherd. Who's that? Jesus and his sheep. The sheep will be scattered. But after I am raised up, I will go before you to Galilee. They still really don't know what he's talking about, You know, in other words, they're going to strike me. You're going to run away when it's all over. I'm going to be raised up. You're going to see me in Galilee and it'll be okay. Well, I mean, could you imagine something like this? Now, look, they're going to kill me on Friday, but I'll be with you all three days later, and we'll go talk about some things, do some more things.
Pastor West: [00:18:25] But I got a few things I got to do for three days. Of course, they didn't get it. Well, as you know, out of the 12 disciples, there's one of them who had something to say about all that. Guess who it was. Peter. Yes. So Jesus made this statement during the Last Supper that all of his disciples, they found it hard to believe. And he says, you will all fall away. Peter took Jesus aside. Oh, gosh, here it comes. And he said to Jesus in verse 29, even though they all fall away, I will not. I love that the Scripture shows us, Peter, that Jesus chose. He could say, you know, I could see all these falling away. Of course, you and I both know I would never do that. But, you know, they got faults. I mean, without me, your ministry wouldn't even be going anywhere. And so he said, yeah, I could say they will, but he said, but I will not. Then Jesus had a response to Peter in verse 30. He said, truly I tell you, Peter, this very night, before the rooster crows thrice, you will deny me three times. Not only will you not go away, but you will deny that you even know me. In just a few more hours. Who wants that prophecy? Jesus foretells his own fate. And he gives the disciples response to what's going to happen.
Pastor West: [00:20:01] Then Peter, you know, wants to correct Jesus. I'm going to call that not smart. Pull him to the side and correct Jesus. He said in verse 31, Peter said emphatically. I mean, Peter still won't let this thing go. Peter says emphatically, if I must die with you, I will not deny you. And they all said, that's right. Amen, Amen. We're not going to deny you. What was Peter Peter doing? Peter was boasting in his love for Jesus. I believe Peter loved Jesus, don't you? How many of you love Jesus? All of us. But Peter was boasting in how much he loved Jesus. And Jesus was revealing to Peter with that kind of foundation, Peter, with you loving me, you will certainly fail. You say, how could he do that? Well, see, Peter was a little bit confused by Jesus's words. He knew his love for Jesus, he thought, was more than enough, and he believed there was no way he could ever be unfaithful to Jesus. I mean, he wouldn't do that. But when the time came and the pressure came and that came to arrest Jesus, Peter was still all in. He's reaching for his sword, you know, he he cuts the guy's ear off, right? I don't think he was aiming for the ear. I don't think when the assassin attempted to shoot President Trump, I don't think he was aiming for the tip of his ear.
Pastor West: [00:21:33] It could have been, but I don't think so. I think he was going for the head. Take him out and be done with. So Peter still looked like he's in the game. He's going to show how much he loves Jesus. But the variables begin to change. And they took Jesus and they were all afraid. And when the time came, he ran away like all the other disciples. And in the presence of Jesus and the guards and the people began to say, these, I think, are his disciples that went right there. He's with him. He he's he's one of Jesus's very disciples. And Peter, out of fear. Let's don't let's don't pick up rocks. Out of fear. He's he's I'm not with him. I do not know him. Now, you could just imagine with Jesus in the room. And then we say that we don't know him. Why do you do this? He did it, obviously out of fear. What was his problem? It was his love for Jesus that thought he could make this thing stand. He thought he was rooted and grounded in love. That he by himself, by his love for the master. Jesus would be strong enough. You see, that's boasting in herself. It's wonderful that we love Jesus. We're supposed to. We do, but we need to be rooted and grounded. Ephesians chapter three, which, you know, the series comes out of Ephesians three about being rooted and grounded in the love of God beyond knowledge with an experience.
Pastor West: [00:23:13] Sometimes faith people say, well, you're not supposed to have experience, supposed to just have by faith. No, you can have faith and experience when you marry someone that you love. That's supposed to be also an experience, isn't it? Does it love have an experience? Yes. Does it tenderness and emotion? Passion? Everything? Have an experience to it. When you eat a meal of your favorite food that you like and I mean it's really, really good and you're really hungry, it's really good, and you're saving every bite. You ever go like this? I mean, you don't have to be from the south to do that. I remember moving to Alabama in 19. What? Barber 67 eight. I was five and she was older than five. She was still she was a kid too, though, and we live with our granny while they they're building the house. The house had to be sold in Detroit. My dad stayed there for ten months or so, sold the house and came back and went live in Granny's old house down the dirt road. Never saw a dirt road in Detroit. Nowhere. Lived across from a one square mile park. School and a park ice skating rink. And then I found out what bedbugs was. I found out what wasp was. And yellow jackets. We had 40 acres of woods. Geronium. It was a good time. And I found out Alabama was hot.
Pastor West: [00:24:45] And I found out if they had snow, which is really just, you know, a case of dandruff. There would be no bread or milk. I always wonder why. Why bread and milk? Why bread and milk? I mean, why bread and milk? I mean, there's so many other things. Why would you wipe a store up with bread and milk? There's so many other choices. I mean, if you're going to get snowed in, where's the Snickers? That's what they did during Y2K. Remember? The whole world was going to go dark. Ooh. I had an aunt. My mother's one of her older sisters. She one know. Had I properly. Did I properly have the people prepared for Y2K? She told me that. She said, well, I do. I got all this food and I got all these canned goods. And she said, we got she said, we went and bought two propane tanks, 250 gallon tanks, buried them in the ground so no one could steal our propane. We got, you know, so many months of food, she said, do you have your people ready to go? And I said, absolutely. She says, well, what are y'all doing? I said, we're trusting in God. They all know God. They hear. They hear the Holy Ghost in their spirit. She says, you mean you don't have months of food? I said, no, I do have food. And I said, she said, well, but you're not doing nothing like what? I said, no, no, we're not doing that.
Pastor West: [00:25:59] I said, I said an I said, I believe you're doing that out of fear. It's okay to be prepared if the Holy Ghost tells you to get prepared, you better get prepared. But he didn't tell me that. Well, we know what happened with Y2K. We didn't even get a blink. I bet she went out there the next day looking at them. How much she spent for two tanks and all the gas. 500 gallons of gas. And she had enough to feed 14 armies. She said, do you have any thanks? She said, what do you do if you're wrong? And I said, well, I'm ready. I said, you remember many times Jesus multiplied the food. She says, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know he did all that. And I said, so I got I said, I went by the store and got me some Mountain Dew and some Snickers. This thing last a week, I'm set. Made her really mad. She said, you call yourself a man of God? I said, no, I didn't call myself anything. I didn't even start this conversation. I said, I'm happy for you. I could have called her afterwards and say, what you doing? But. But I didn't do any of that. See, Peter was afraid because he was relying on his love for Jesus instead of Jesus's love for him. Peter was self focused. I don't think he would agree with that. But you can see he was self focused and he but he failed in his devotion to Jesus.
Pastor West: [00:27:24] When fear arose, fear for his own life and he ran away. His focus was on how much he loved Jesus. His focus is on what he could do for Jesus. He said, okay, I can see all these people would fall away if it got really bad. He said, but you and I, we're in this thing. And he his focus was on how much he was committed to Jesus. But when he failed, when he ran away, what do you suppose what feelings Peter had. He had fear. I bet he I bet he had a sense of Unwerth. Shame. Felt unworthy. No longer wants to be in the presence of Jesus right now. He let Jesus down. How could he let Jesus down because he was so focused on his love for Jesus? But there was another disciple. You probably heard of him. His name was John. And when you read the book of John, you'll find out that John did the same thing. I think probably John outran Peter, because John wants you to know that the morning that the sepulcher was empty and the women come and told them, John and his own writing tell you he and the two disciples. This is John's right. He and the two disciples ran to the sepulcher to see if this was true. And it says, and it says. And he says, this disciple to might himself outran Peter.
Pastor West: [00:28:56] He wants you to know that he won the race. Can you see humanity in these people? He said, the other disciple. Well, John, you're writing about yourself. Yeah, well, I won. Okay, so they both ran. He also failed Jesus that night, didn't he? When Jesus was arrested, he ran in fear and unfaithfulness because he was had weakness. He was wrapped in humanity and flesh. Because of that, he fled from Jesus. But this disciple, upon reflection, and because he had a different revelation than Peter, it's different. His focus was not just on his love for Jesus. John's focus was on how much Jesus loved him. John had a revelation of Christ's love for him, and he passionately loved Jesus, as we all do today. Amen. We all do. But his focus was not on his love for Jesus, but Jesus is love for him. In his writings in the book of John, the Gospel of John, you can see where John refers to himself in the writings as the disciple Jesus bowled a strike. Amen. He's. Amen. He didn't have to pick up any spares. That was thunder. But Jesus. John refers to himself as the disciple whom Jesus loved. Well, when I read that, I said, that's what I'm going to do. I'm the disciple. I'm the son who Jesus Jesus loves. Jesus loves. You're the disciple. You're the son. You're the daughter whom Jesus loved. Oh yes, we know that we love him and he knows that we love him.
Pastor West: [00:30:38] But sometimes, even in our love, we still fail. We still make mistakes. We still feel like we've let him down time and time again. We feel like we have a sense of unworthiness, of no value. We feel like a failure. I want to tell you something. When Jesus bought you, he knew what he got. Amen. You can't hide anything from him. Amen. Amen. He. If you had Bondo, he knew it. If they covered them scratches. I've had 2 or 3 vehicles I bought and they said, you know, this has got this, this. And I said, it does. He said, you'll find out about a month. He had four one Ford, one F-150, a black one. He said he just crashed all down there on the outside. I said, well, he says, you don't say. I said He said, well, you'll see in about a month. He was right. I went through the car wash a few times and I come out and said, this thing's a mess. But he knew it. I couldn't see Jesus knew what he was getting. I said Jesus knew what he was getting. Amen. And he paid the price based upon value. Amen. Amen. That's the way it works. Whether you buy a blouse, a belt, a pair of socks, shoes, or a box of oatmeal, someone sets the value of what that should cost. Now we're in a time of great inflation.
Pastor West: [00:32:02] So we might say, I don't think it's worth this, but. But you supply and demand. He knew the value of you. He knew all the failures. He knew all the times that you would not when you thought that you would. He knew when you thought you was on the straight and narrow. You thought you was on the straight and narrow path this time. But then you found yourself, brother Hagan said. Sometimes I found my my head when my feet were just a moment before falling. But I want to tell you something. If you're truly born again, if you truly have the love of God in you, it's because you are born again. Because old things did pass away and all things have become new. And love can't fail because the love of God is in you. Amen. You do know, as New Testament Christians that you are the headquarters of God. Amen. Amen. What I mean by that the house of God. The temple of God. You are God's address. You are a mobile throne. You move around. God's new headquarters in the New covenant is in you. You see, because you're born again, then everything that God is, is in you, in your spirit and sealed off. You're sealed. Boy, you ought to be excited to find out about the New Covenant. Promise. It's better than the old prom promise where we would have to drag a lamb, a goat, a calf.
Pastor West: [00:33:40] The best thing that we have have us, you know, have the priest examine it and see if it was even worthy. And it wasn't whether or not we were guilty, we were guilty. In actuality, we're guilty today. Have you kept all the laws? Have you kept all the commandments of love? Have you loved to the extent that you should have? I don't think anyone here could say I have. So in that we come short all the time. We might come short, but we're not short because Jesus is tall. Amen. He fulfilled every commandment. He fulfilled every law. Amen. And he did it as your sacrifice. He nailed all the law and all your shortcomings to his own cross. And then he closed the book forever. He closed your account forever. Your balance is zero. And he remembers your past no more. You know, a lot of times what happens and you can see it through the scripture. You can see it in Abraham. Who was Abram or Abram? Sarah or Sarai. God changed their name. What was the name? Well, a name should be reflective of a person and or like a company. And in other words, if it says I think of a company called Nelson Glass Company. Well, what kind of business do you think they're in? China? Well, it could be, right, but they probably don't sell, you know. You know, baby dolls. No, They're in the glass business. It reflects that in their name.
Pastor West: [00:35:27] God changed their name. Why? Because he was bringing them into a new way, a new life. They left home not knowing where they were going, but God knew where they were going. They might have felt lost, but they were never lost. Someone said, well, what if I get ahead of God and I and I, and I get lost, He'll come get you. Amen. But go ahead and move in a direction. That's what I'm doing, is I'm. I'm moving in a direction that feels kind of like lost. It looks like tall cotton out there. To me. It does. In the natural. It looks like it's going to be a short swim to the pier and back. I only got a little bitty life jacket, and I'm out here in the ocean. Hello? Jesus. Hello. Then I think greater is he that's in me. And he that's in the world. Amen. Amen. Brother Matt said in prayer a while ago. He said it doesn't really matter. He said it could be a multitude of people. One person could write a check, make this whole problem go away. And I said, well, Amen, Amen. I said, why don't you finance it and I'll pay you interest? Or I meant to say that anyway, you can think about it. You got about 30 minutes to think about it. Abm. Well, here's the deal. Everything in your past, your present and your future. Jesus knew all of it.
Pastor West: [00:36:49] The priest had to go every year. The holy priest went once a year, sometimes monthly, for different things. But once a year they would go and first they would have to present. They would have to make sacrifice for themselves before the people they knew they were going to do this annually. They knew they were guilty every day, and they would, you know, they would bring the sum total of it every year. They knew there was going to be the shedding of blood of animals, the best one. You couldn't bring a gimpy up there and say, well, you know, next week, sacrifice next week. You know, we got to have atonement again. So get old gimpy over there. He's not worth anything anyway. Got an eye gouged out. Let's just. No, no, it had to be your best. It was a type and shadow of that which was to come. And he's come now. Amen. And he sacrificed. Amen. Hebrews said the priest did it sometimes daily and yearly. He said, but when your priest went to the cross and to the grave and hell, and was tormented for three days and was risen from the dead, he said, this is finished forever. And he sat down. Well, when you do any studying in the old Covenant, the priest never had anywhere to sit down. There was no furniture to sit down. Why? Because his work was never going to be complete. Our savior completed our work.
Congregation: [00:38:15] Amen. Amen.
Pastor West: [00:38:17] He forever. He forever has forgiven you. Amen. We don't really know what to do with that sometimes, because the world doesn't work that way. The world doesn't work on grace. It works on law. It works on merit. It works on relationships, how they work. If you speed, you might get a ticket. If you're going 80 in a 50, you're going to get a ticket. Why? Because the law says this and you broke the law. Here's the and here's the difference. If you work 40 hours, they don't pay you for 70 hours. Why you didn't work it. So we come into grace and we found grace is a way overpaid. We're thinking, well, I don't deserve that. Well, he know he knew he didn't deserve it. And you don't. So at the cross, he settled the entire account. He finished it and closed the book forever. Some people say, well, you know God's. You know, he still keeps, you know, a book on you. Well, I need I need chapter and verse for that. I mean, quit saying stuff. I need chapter and verse of what you're talking about. He keeps a book on you. Amen. Amen. If we're going to do that, we're still in the Old Covenant.
Pastor West: [00:39:26] We might as well go down to the other place and go like this and get 14 Hail Marys and 50 push ups. Right. That's what they're doing. It's Old Covenant, is what they're doing. It's not the resurrected Savior. And that resurrected Savior is living in you. The same resurrection. Amen. The Bible says he's the firstborn among many brethren, not many sinners, many brethren. Jude 24 says, when you get to heaven, Jesus is going to take you to the father and going to present you holy and blameless and faultless before him. Amen. And maybe you had a boo boo five minutes before you left this world. But you're only righteous because of him. So even if I fail sometimes, I'm still the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Nothing changes that. Why? Because. What did you do to become the righteousness of God? Absolutely nothing. You accepted a Savior who's absolutely spotless, sinless, and by his account, and because of him who knew no sin, he became that he didn't sin, he became that. Amen. And he didn't come to die for your sins. He died as your sin. As sin he died. Greater love hath no man than he lay down his own life.
Pastor West: [00:40:44] Amen. He laid down his own life. So you tell me how you can sing. Grace away. You tell me how you can sin righteousness away. But we don't use that as an excuse. That's not the gospel either. The gospel said, the grace of God that's in you is a powerful force of love, and it will come in and it will rescue you from wherever you are in life. It'll break anything in your life that's not like him. And that ought to be your prayer every day. It's mine. Every day, Lord. Everything that's in me and my thinking, my thoughts, my personality, anything that has to do with this, that greed, pride, they might. I said, just kill it. I want the dross, I want, I want anything that doesn't have your essence in your nature, in me. I want that out of me. Amen. How about you? Is that what you want? Amen. So just know that thing that's tries to eat on you. Just know this. The grace of God's eating on it Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. He said, where sin has abounded in our life, he said grace much more than abounded. He says sin doesn't have anything that grace won't swallow up.
Congregation: [00:42:04] Amen. Amen. Amen.
Pastor West: [00:42:07] So that's why Paul had to answer the question. He preached this and he was chastised. He'd be beat for preaching. When I'm preaching, I don't. Don't beat me today. Please. Let's wait till tomorrow. I got a lot to do today. And so they they they asked the question. They said, well, if if grace is given more from God when we sin, wouldn't it be better if we just sing more? Paul said, you're an idiot. He said, you stupid, foolish people. He said, I mean, you go from one disc to the other ditch. Could you just get the middle row, son? Oh, he says, certainly not. The grace of God that put you in this position will take you out of that situation. Yeah. You know, I'm smoking right now. All the marijuana I want to. I'm doing all the heroin I want to. I drank all the Jack Daniels this week that I ever wanted to. You say, how much did you drink and smoke? None. Why? Because I didn't want to. Jesus killed my want to's. He changed my want to's. Now, if you'll want to. He's don't eventually change. I mean, are you really born again? But, you know, church has a way of getting people, you know, you got born again.
Pastor West: [00:43:19] You come down here, you know, he's playing the piano just as I am. And that we came down just as I am. You know, we don't care what you did that week. Not that Sunday, because that week you could come just as I am. But next Sunday, it might not be that no more. There ain't no more. Just as you were. Now it's just as you better be. Because we watch in your life. Well, this goes on all the time in Pentecostal churches. I grew up in the Son of God's church. I know what I'm talking about. I watched two people, young people, come down and want to join the church. And the church said, we don't know. We'll get back with you about the third day. We're going to pray and watch your life. Did you know after a month later, they said, no, we don't think you're ready. And they left the church. They ought to left the church. I left church while they even thinking about it. Pastor ought to be dethroned and thrown out that day. Well, you don't know. He doesn't know anybody himself, obviously. I said, well, we we you know, we heard maybe y'all was together before you got married.
Pastor West: [00:44:24] I'm glad that didn't never happen. Nobody. Jesus, Jesus. They asked him about these things. He said he said, well, the law says this about adultery. He said, well, I'll tell you like this. He said, here's what actually is. He said, if you've even thought about it. You're guilty of doing it. I said, oh dear God, get rid of the TV. Oh dear God, blindfold me. Got to go shopping if I even have the thought. Oh my God. Oh my God! Jesus. Jesus! I thought you were going to help me. I'm helping you. I'm helping you. What was he helping you? That you can't do this? He was saying it ain't going to happen. There ain't nothing you to do, boy. I need help. You sure do you need a savior? He preaches hell. So hot that you say I'm going to have to have some help. Yes you are. You're going to have to have some help. Well, you've got good help. His name is Jesus. King of kings. Lord of lords. His name is. I'm backing up a song. I'm trying to get some soul here. His name is Jesus.
Congregation: [00:45:27] Amen.
Pastor West: [00:45:28] He's your lord. He's your savior. Amen. And his love for you never fails. Amen. So even in my worst mistakes, I'm still the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
Congregation: [00:45:38] Amen. That's right.
Pastor West: [00:45:40] What hope does the devil have? The one who condemns you? Why would you be listening to a fired employee? A homeless guy? He can't even go to hell right now, which is his home. He's roaming around looking for someone he can devour. Didn't say could. He's looking for somebody could. And there's people that he can. How does he know who can devour this thing right here? I don't think I can make it anymore. I don't think Jesus ever gonna forgive me this time, I don't know. He's like, oh, that's one. We'll get them. He's saying get her Tuesday. Get him Thursday. That whole family's right. Ready to go? When he talks, talk back. Amen. Amen. Amen. We're all in this situation. I could have felt that in this room Thursday discussing financial things. I was like, oh, that's that's pretty big. I ain't ready for that. The Red sea. Hello, there's Pharaoh mountain. Mountain. Hello. So, well, we'll just get back to work. That's a good. Let's get back to work. Goodbye. But I don't feel the pressure. I don't feel any pressure. Why would you feel pressure? This thing was decided a long time ago. John didn't put his focus on like Peter did. How much I love Jesus. John did love Jesus, but he put all of his attention on how much Jesus loved him. And then he went back to the cross.
Congregation: [00:47:28] Amen.
Pastor West: [00:47:29] The rest of them weren't there, but John went. Even in his mistakes. He went back to Jesus, and Jesus saw him on the cross. And here he was. He said, you sorry, filthy scum. He said, you ran away from me. No, he didn't do that. The most precious thing that Jesus had on earth with his mother. And to this disciple, by his own words, I'm the one who Jesus loves. He says, mother, behold your son, son, behold your mother. John, the most precious thing on this earth is my mother. I'm giving her to you as your own mother to take to care for her. Didn't mention anything about what he did or didn't do. Didn't mention it. Didn't mention it. People mentioned stuff. He didn't mention it. He thinks he finished his work. He thinks the sin problem has been settled. He thinks the account is paid. He thinks his grace is more than enough. He thinks as Paul thinks when he asked the Lord three times, could you get this thorn away from me? What was the thorn? Well, you know, it's funny. You still have to. You still have to tell people. Just just read the Bible. Just. Just read the Bible. Oh, God. You know, God gave him a thorn, you know, because he was getting prideful. How do you read that and get that? I mean, are you wearing stupid glasses? I mean, how do you come up with that? I mean, it's not some new version that no one ever heard of.
Pastor West: [00:49:08] Someone wrote in their basement. Even the King Jimmy Boys used to say, King Jimmy. He said whom? Satan, whom Satan, the messenger of Satan, came to buffet him. Everywhere he went, there was persecution. Everywhere he went, there was a riot. Paul either had revival or wrath. There was no middle ground. Kind of like this man right here. He's going 1 or 2 things is going to happen. Well, God needs people like that, right? I mean, we're all different, but, you know, just, like, whatever. So, Paul, he was either going to have a great revival or they was going to beat him. He just 1 or 2 ways. It was going to go every time. How much we love the New Testament epistles, right? Ephesians is one of my favorite books in the Bible. Philippians is one of my favorite books about all these epistles that we have. All your testament. Paul wrote over half of the the gospel from prison. If they didn't ever arrest this man, we wouldn't even have a Bible. If this boy hadn't been a felon, we'd had nothing to read. I wouldn't even have a job. I mean, you wouldn't come to me this morning and say, now let's read from the first book of Eric. Who'd want to hear that? I don't even want to hear it. We are reading and preaching sermons from a felon.
Congregation: [00:50:31] Amen. Amen.
Pastor West: [00:50:36] And Paul, by his own words he said, I'm the least of all of them. He said, because I was the chief sinner. He said, I'm the one who persecuted this church. I'm the one who persecuted his body. He's the one said, I'm the one who put him in prison. I'm the one who even had Stephen Stephen stoned and killed. He said I'm not worthy. Oh. What happened to Paul? He was Saul. And God changed his name because he had a new identity. He has a new future. God changed Abraham's name because he had a new identity, a new future. When we moved into this building 13 years ago and seven months ago, God said, change the name from Living Word Bible Church to Gracelife Church. And I thought, why would I do that? Shouldn't the church have something to do with your identity? I mean, we're not I mean, I don't really preach on grace. I mean, why would I change the name? Why would I move seven miles and change the name to Grace Live Church? You know what the Lord said? Nothing. He said do it. So I contemplated that in 3 or 4 days and see if he had changed his mind and he didn't. So I called my attorney and I said, well, how do you go about doing this? He said, well, in Alabama it's real easy. You can just do DBA. I said, that's legal. Yep. That's legal. He said, well, you can put whatever you want to DBA. I said, that will fly with the government. No, it's not a problem. So we're actually living Word Bible Church DBA Gracelife church.
Pastor West: [00:52:15] We're like two churches in one. Y'all one church and they another, I don't know. And the people in the overflow room. We're going to get a name for y'all. Yeah. Well, I changed the name in September of 2010. Yeah. October. November. December. January. February. March. April. Seven months later, I was back in the kitchen and I had this thing in me. I said, I think I'm going to preach on the love of God. And I heard the Holy Ghost say to me, just as clear as a bell. He says, let me show you a more excellent way. Thus, April of 2011, my entire life and ministry changed when revelation of the grace of God came to me that I never had. I could have told you everything I knew about Grace in ten minutes. By grace you are saved through faith. Thank God for that. What else is there? Say God changed my name to change my identity. He changed our name to change our walk. We had people years ago before. Right before the change. There was 3 or 4 guys came here and they was out here underneath the awning out there after church. Now, we didn't have the honor at that time. And they was out there, churches, and they lit up a cigarette and they were their acquaintances. Were, you know, they really they don't live in there, but they just came to the church. Just to say hi. And one of them lit up. Two of them lit up a cigarette. And he's out there smoking and talking to me and the Lord. He said, you hate that, don't you?
Pastor West: [00:54:11] I'm thinking. How do you have a conversation with someone who knows everything? Who knows your thoughts? He knows he knows you and you say that he knows everything. You know that last cookie in the jar? You let your wife think the kids ate it. You ate it. You know? Yeah. Anyway, so he knows everything. And so I said, well, I mean, he says, you hate it. I said, well, he says, you hate it. I said, of course I hate it. Then he went, He said, well, all right. He said, we got to go. And I'm sitting there watching the smoke come up for it. And I said, I ought to slap you.
Pastor West: [00:54:45] In my mind, I'm thinking I'll just slap you in the next Thursday. I have no more respect to come to this church sitting, sitting here, sitting here. And you going to sit there. Then I went to Cracker Barrel that day and ate a meal. And the Lord said, now, did you need all that fried food? And I said, well, what do you mean? It's just I had lunch. He says, was it very healthy? I says, well, I don't know, he said. I said, well I...
Pastor West: [00:55:18] I mean...
Pastor West: [00:55:20] He said, he said, how is that different from a he said how I had the. They still have that Sunday fried chicken at Cracker Barrel. Oh gosh. Oh. He says the difference was you go like this with all the grease and cholesterol. And he went like this. I said, yeah, but he says, but what? He says, so he might be here quicker if he keeps doing this. And you might be here quicker too, if you keep on. I said. Well okay.
Pastor West: [00:55:57] What am I going to do?
Pastor West: [00:55:58] Right.
Pastor West: [00:55:59] What am I going to do? He said he could have went anywhere this morning, but he came here because of what you're preaching.
Pastor West: [00:56:10] But see, I was preaching it, but you could see I had to grow in this thing. And I'm still growing in it. He said it ought to be your goal to fill up this church with people just like that. And worse. He said, you ought to you ought to have someone a full time job picking up cigarette butts. And I said, this can't be you. This can't be you.
Pastor West: [00:56:33] Because you're holy. You know, and I said it can't be. It can't be. God. God. He said, I'm in charge of the process. You're in charge of fishing. I do cleaning, you do the catching, I know. John had a revelation Peter had in hell. Thank God he did that even though he failed. He came back to Jesus because only one thing he really thought, and all the feelings and the remorse he must have had and all the things he remembered, he said with all of them just a few hours before, we'll never. And Jesus prophesied to every one of you, in my darkest moment, when I need you the most, every one of you is going to abandon me when I need you for the first time. You're not going to be here. You're going to leave me. You're even going to deny that you even know me. Peter even cursed. I don't know the blankety blank, blah blah fear. See, his boast was on how much I can do for you. Oh, yeah, you're right. I can see all these people, all these fallen away, these other 11. Not me. I'm with you all the way. Did Jesus know he was getting that? I believe he did. You get to heaven. One day there'll be the 12 seats there.
Pastor West: [00:58:08] And you'll see all of them. These so-called wannabes. Who are David? The scripture said, was a God after God after man's own heart, and all David's situations and problems, all the things that we all know about David. All all the prophecies of David, all the Psalms of David in the book of Romans. David, who's a king and a prophet, he sees the day that you're living in. He gets a glimpse of the New covenant, and he tries to describe. He said, oh, the awesomeness, he says of a man and a woman who God won't even. He said they're going to be he's seeing what's going to happen in the future. And he's telling you of your covenant in the book of Romans, David is, he says, who? The Lord won't even impute their sin. Now, if that makes you want to go sin more than you need to rewind your clock. If you get pulled over by a state trooper in this parking lot and he said, well, I'm going to give you one, we'll let you go. You're going to say, all right, I'm just going to rip and throw rocks on his windshield on the way out. No you won't. You'll be thankful, won't you? Amen. Either that or try to outrun me. The one you got. Two choices.
Pastor West: [00:59:26] What are we going to do? Are we going to live in how much we love him or how much he loved us? How much he loved us? He felt the same fear. John first John 410. This is not that we love God, but that he loved us. He sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Verse 19 of that chapter said, we love him because we love him, because he first loved us. If our relationship with Jesus is based on how much we love him, then it's going to fail every time because we'll fail to love him perfectly all the time. I want to remind you this morning that the Lord will never fail you. He'll never leave you. He'll never forsake you. So our faith rests on that foundation, on Christ's faithfulness to his people, not on your faithfulness to him. That's the good news of the gospel, isn't it? That when you accepted Jesus as Lord, you were placed in him in Christ? And we are assured that he will never leave us nor forsake us, not because we are perfect, but because we belong to him. Behold what manner of love the father hath bestowed upon you, that he would call you. And I this very sons and daughters of God. King of kings and Lord of lords.
Pastor West: [01:01:07] You know you can't say tit for tat in sins. The man who put a spear in Jesus side. Have you ever done anything like that to Jesus? He prayed. He said, father, forgive this man. Forgive these people who are crucifying me. Forgive these people who just beat me and tormented me. Forgive that guy who just used the cat of nine tails upon me and ripped the flesh of my body down to my ribs. He doesn't know what he's doing. He doesn't know what he's doing. What kind of love is that? You've all heard it said this way. It wasn't three large steaks that kept Jesus on the cross. It was love that did it. He could have said, I'm not doing this. And legions of angels would have come down. They would have all been obliterated. Love held him on that cross. Love went to the grave. Love went to hell. Love came up from the grave. Love atoned and forgave your sins forever. Love made you a new creation in Christ Jesus. The love of God is still with you today. So Paul says prophecies one day will fail. The knowledge of these things will fail away. He said, the faith that can move mountains. He said, that's wonderful, but if you don't have love one for another, if they can't see you loving one another, what good is your faith? What good is your prophecies? We'll get our any of the gifts.
Pastor West: [01:02:23] If you don't have love one for another. If you can't forgive them the way that I forgave you. Even as I have loved you. Loved them also. Not because they're deserving. Not because they're not guilty. Love them when they are guilty. See them as I see them. There's not a more powerful message that we could ever study or preach than the love of God toward us. You would do it for your loved ones. You would do it for one of your any of your kids. You would lay your life down for your own children. You know that you would because you love them. How much more? How much more? If you're feeling somehow abandoned this morning, you feel devalued. I want you to dis esteem your feelings. Feelings are fickle. Your emotions and your feelings are fickle. They'll come, they'll go. There's days that you felt terrible about. Whatever. But it passed. You don't have anymore. But there's days that you felt good about everything. Like. Man, this is a great day. This happened, this happened. I got a promotion, I got a raise. We, you know, we bought a new car.
Pastor West: [01:03:32] But those feelings don't always stay. Do that. You know what stays the same? The love of God and the word of God. Amen. He said one day, the whole earth, the heaven, is going to pass away. The Scripture says there's only one thing that's going to remain after everything passes away. He said, that word right there is going to stay the same in heaven. We're going to still be reading His word when we go once, once a year to Jerusalem during the millennium. We're going to hear Jesus preach in person once a year. Somehow Jesus thinks that one sermon can carry you through a year. But what's that going to be like? He said, this will carry you for a whole year. We're going to be here a thousand years. Now, I think he's going to have some of us maybe do some other things. Some of you all be preaching to whatever you might be the mayor of the governor of a state or whatever, you know. A million years. We're going to be here on this earth. Let one of you be a devil here. Won't he be a demon? Yes. Jesus will be here in person when you turn on the news. He won't be Fox. He'll be Jesus news.
Pastor West: [01:04:38] You can't. You can't turn on a cable network anywhere that I know of. And they're reporting news. They're shaping mindsets. They're. They're telling you what to think. Yeah, there's no need polling me. I don't have to know the candidates so much. I just need to know your platform, what you stand for. I could like 9/10 of what you do. But if you're wrong on this, I'm sorry. I love you, but you don't have my vote. We don't kill people, little ones. We don't do that. That's just wrong. If the foundation is wrong, it's going to all fall to pieces. The foundation is everything. Am I right, Mr. Scott? The foundation is everything you say. Oh, but it's got this beautiful chandelier. But. But if you didn't do the preparation, the work on the foundation, you have nothing to build on. Yeah. Amen. That's good. We're trusting that these beams are out here. It's structurally some engineer said, if this is what you're going to build and the length and the height and all this, this is how deep it's got to be. This is how much concrete rebar. I mean, this is how much this they have to weigh. I mean, I'm going to get lost here real quick. We trust that some engineer who went to school got a degree, knew what he was doing. That ain't a little bit of beam right there. It surrounded the sheetrock.
Pastor West: [01:06:07] But it's steel and it goes beneath the ground. And Paul said, be rooted and grounded in this love which far surpasses your knowledge that you even not only have the knowledge of this love the breadth, the length, the height, the depth, he says. But you would have the experience of the love. We can experience the love of God. Amen. We can have healthy emotions that experience it. We were talking about in pre-service prayer back there. I didn't get to get here in time for all of it, but just some of it. And there was just a peace in that room. And they were saying, can we just stay back here? So this is pretty awesome. So we're going to go to two services. This is going to be the first one. No no one wanted to leave the roundtable. Why. It was the presence of Jesus the presence of Jesus. And when you had the presence of Jesus, it doesn't matter what's going on around you. Someone here this morning you have feelings of sometimes with health issues that your mind is always telling you because your body is talking to you, that you're not going to make it much longer. Well, let me tell you this. This is why I hear the Spirit of God saying, if it's your desire to come, be with him, you can go. But if not, this thing's going to turn.
Congregation: [01:07:34] Amen.
Pastor West: [01:07:34] This. You may have a process, but this thing's going to turn. So let's deal with those thoughts. See, those thoughts are strongholds. Remember the A stronghold? What is a stronghold? Well it's a it's a mental fortress is what it is. A mental fortress. It's like a house of cards. So because of what we've let into our thought process, into our mind, and by not renewing our mind to truth, when these ungodly feelings come and the feelings are real, they have built a mental fortress in your soul. And that's where the enemy is attacking you. He can't attack. You can't attack your spirit. He can't get to it. What does he attack? He attacks your soul, or he attacks your body because your body is attached to your soul. So if he can get your body in such a condition that he knows he'll get your soul, or if he can get to your soul, he has access to get to the body. But if he can't get to the soul, the sucker's cut off. And he knows that. He knows he's failed. He knows he has no weapon against you. Now, when a guy tells you he's going to take your life and he's holding a plastic gun, and you know the guy from Dollar General and family, the dollar. I mean, it's black. And, you know, if it's dark enough, I mean, you may think it's a water pistol. Okay. So you're going to get you a little wet. But what do you have? You have the name of Jesus. Yes. The scripture says at the end, every knee is going to be forced to bow. Every demon is going to have to go before they go to their place of torment forever. He said everything and everyone is going to bow to the name of Jesus. That means Lucifer with all his he's going to have to say he's going to have to go all the way down and say, you're you're the Christ.
Pastor West: [01:09:34] You're the King, you're the Lord. I hate you.
Pastor West: [01:09:37] He says, well, that's what he did by, but he's going to bow his knee.
Congregation: [01:09:40] Amen, Amen.
Pastor West: [01:09:41] He has to do that today. He has to do that in every way. Today.
Congregation: [01:09:47] Yes. Amen.
Pastor West: [01:09:48] Today he has to do that.
Congregation: [01:09:50] Amen.
Pastor West: [01:09:51] The anointing breaks every yoke of bondage off your life in Jesus name. I call you well, yes. Amen. I call you healed. I call you delivered. I call you set free. Yes. Amen. In Jesus name, your family, your mind, the things, the forces that come to your soul and your flesh, that desires all kind of things, that takes you to a path that you don't want to go down. I break. I break those strongholds in the name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus Christ is holy. Oh praise God.
Pastor West: [01:10:23] Alright we better get out here because I feel sermon number two coming on and boy, I don't even need a script for it.
Congregation: [01:10:34] Amen.
Pastor West: [01:10:34] I could sit here and preach on the blood for three hours. The power that's in the blood of Jesus. The power that's in the blood of Jesus. Remember how we always used to sing that? The power in the blood. The power in the blood. That's why they said. You know that funny saying that says, well, you know, it's like you ought to have so much of Jesus's love in you and so much understanding and consciousness about the blood of Jesus in you, that if a mosquito bites you.
Pastor West: [01:11:00] He'll run off saying, oh, there's power in the blood. There's power in that blood. They put the blood, Israel put the blood over the doorpost. So when the death angel came, he couldn't get in. He couldn't get in. Now he'd rather not. He couldn't get in. He couldn't get access to you. He couldn't access your children. He couldn't access your wife. He couldn't access your health. He can't get to your finances. There's power in the name of Jesus. There's power because of the blood of Jesus.
Congregation: [01:11:35] Hallelujah!
Pastor West: [01:11:36] Jesus had to bleed and die for you. Amen. The blood of Jesus is speaking better things than Abel. And the last day in heaven. Jude June 24th Jesus is going to take you personally to the throne of God, and he's going to say, father, this is your son, Dennis. Holy Dennis. Faultless Dennis. Blameless Dennis.
Congregation: [01:12:06] Amen.
Pastor West: [01:12:08] Brother used to always say, he's going to get up here and say, here's old faultless.
Pastor West: [01:12:12] Here's old faultless. But there's days we don't feel faultless. But the price has already been paid.
Congregation: [01:12:25] Amen. Amen. Yes.
Pastor West: [01:12:27] The price has already been paid. When you pay the note on your car off, quit sending payments in. When they send you the title. Stop it. You say? Well, I don't feel right. If I don't pay. Send it to me. I know what to do with it. I get the gospel preached around the world better. If you can't break the cycle, keep making payments and pay it up. Send it to me. Send it to me.
Congregation: [01:12:51] Amen.
Pastor West: [01:12:52] Yeah, we always kidding and say, you know, every time you get on Christian TV, you know, at the end they're going to tell you about giving, right? And that's right. That's good. If you're being fair there, help them. They say, well we want you to send in, give an offering to God, but they always give you their address. Give to God. And this is the address 9900 County Road 42 296, Po Box Jimerson, Alabama. Christ Life Church. The address to God. Amen. Amen.
